Terms of Service

PaidUps is a reminder tool for solo tradespeople. You're responsible for the customers and messages you add, and for following texting laws, including having your customers' permission to text them.

Basic is $19/month after a 14-day free trial. Billing is through Stripe, renews monthly, and you can cancel anytime from the Plan screen. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months.

After the trial without a subscription, you can still view your lists but can't send reminders or add items.

The service is provided as is. We aren't liable for unpaid invoices, missed reminders, or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 3 months.

We may update these terms and will post changes here. Governed by the laws of Utah.
